Beckett 7006U, GeniSys® CAD Cell Flame Detector Kit

The Beckett GeniSys® Cadmium Sulfide (“CAD Cell”) Flame Detector Kit 7006U is used to detect the presence or absence of flame in residential and light commercial fuel oil burners. The 7006U CAD cell has a fast response time to detect flame failure and with a two-wire connection, easily connects to a primary safety control such as the GeniSys® 7505 120V Primary Oil Burner Control or the latest GeniSys® 7565 120V Oil Burner Advanced Primary Control. The 7006U CAD cell has a very high resistance in darkness and a very low resistance in the presence of light.

The cad cell is used in various indoor (typically a basement) and outdoor environments that are typical for heating oil burners including, but not limited to, furnaces, boilers, domestic hot water tanks, pressure washers, and cracksealers.
