The MalcoEdge™ HYEH1625 is a precision-machined 1-5/8" replacement expander head for the MalcoEdge™ HYE Hydraulic Tube Expander system. Built for copper and aluminum tubing in HVAC and refrigeration work, it produces clean, uniform, leak-resistant swages when paired with the HYE hydraulic expander tool.
As part of the HYE hydraulic platform, this head lets technicians expand tube ends quickly and accurately without separate fittings saving time on the job and cutting down potential leak points.
