The HydroBalance H-9901 Ever Clean Coil Coat is a water-based anti-foulant designed to protect cooling coils from fouling caused by airborne particulates and other contaminants. This product forms a microscopically thin coating that renders cooling surfaces self-cleaning for up to two years, preventing the growth of fungus and similar organisms.

Usage Instructions:

1. Preparation: Shake well before use. Clean and dry the coil thoroughly. If possible, spray the coil from the intake side and leave the airflow on to aid complete coil penetration.
2. Application: Use a garden or hand-type sprayer adjusted to a fine mist. Apply enough Ever Clean to dampen the entire coil surface. Use a fine mist and spray lightly to avoid bridging the coating between fins.
3. Curing: Allow at least 30 minutes for Ever Clean to cure before putting the system back online. Clean spraying equipment with water
