HydroBalance H-405, Hydro-Coil Concentrate (5-Gal Plastic Pail)

The HydroBalance H-405 Hydro-Coil Concentrate is a powerful, self-rinsing evaporator coil cleaner designed to effectively remove dirt and grime without damaging metal surfaces. This cleaner is ideal for maintaining the efficiency and longevity of HVAC systems.

Key Features:

  • Self-Rinsing Formula: No foaming action; it targets dirt buildup and allows normal condensation to carry away contaminants.
  • Versatile Dilution Rates: Dilute with 4 to 6 parts water depending on the level of cleaning required.
  • U.S.D.A. Accepted: Safe for use in various environments.
  • No Rinsing Required: When condensation is present, rinsing is not necessary. If condensation is not expected, a water rinse is recommended.
  • Large Volume: Available in a 5-gallon plastic pail, perfect for commercial and industrial applications.

Usage Instructions:

  1. Dilution: Mix the concentrate with 4 to 6 parts water.
  2. Application:
    • For window units and small central units: Turn off the unit, spray the coil thoroughly using a coarse spray, wait 5 minutes, and resume normal operation.
    • For commercial systems and air handling units: If possible, leave the airflow on during application. Spray the intake side of the coil until saturated. If airflow cannot be maintained, spray thoroughly and turn the air on immediately after application.
  3. Safety: Avoid excessive contact with skin and eyes. Use protective gear and follow all safety guidelines.

Additional Information:

  • Packaging: 5-gallon plastic pail.
  • Safety Precautions: Contains components that may irritate eyes and skin. Read the entire label and Safety Data Sheet before use
