BPS Spray Pattern (By-Pass System)

Monarch BPS (By-Pass System) nozzles produce variable orifice flow rates by diverting a portion of the fuel from the nozzle swirl chamber back through the by-pass line. By controlling by-pass line pressure, the effective nozzle flow rate can be accurately adjusted while maintaining proper spray characteristics. This design allows smooth modulation across a wide firing range without changing nozzles, making BPS nozzles especially well suited for burners requiring fine control at lower GPH outputs.
