Xantus Max Seal Direct Inject is the industry’s most trusted HVAC refrigerant leak sealant, built on a formula that has been successfully sealing leaks for over 20 years. Used by professional HVACR technicians worldwide, Max Seal delivers fast, permanent leak repair in 1.5 to 5 ton systems.
Featuring a patent‑pending direct‑inject application, Max Seal offers the easiest and fastest installation method available, clearly separating it from traditional sealants. There is no need to pump down the system, and it is compatible with all oils and refrigerants (excluding ammonia), including R410A.
Max Seal travels with the refrigerant gas, allowing it to move quickly through the system and permanently seal leaks from the inside out. The formula is TXV, capillary tube, piston, and manifold‑gauge safe, ensuring reliable system performance after installation. An optional UV dye version is available to help detect larger leaks and visually confirm sealing using standard UV detection tools.
