PLP Spray Pattern (Semi-Solid Cone)

Monarch PLP (Semi-Solid Cone) nozzles are designed for larger firing capacities, covering a flow range of 2.25 to 100.00 USGPH. The PLP series provides fine atomization with a solid cone spray pattern at lower capacities (up to approximately 3.50 GPH), then gradually transitions toward a more hollow spray pattern as flow rates increase. This progressive spray characteristic supports stable flame development, improved fuel-air mixing, and controlled flame expansion in higher-output burners.
